DR. SANDRA HOLLOMAN WELLS

Dr. Sandra Holloman Wells is a passionate educator, loving wife, active mom, faithful family member, and supportive friend. She started her career as a Social Worker for the Department of Social Services and worked as a case manager and training coordinator. After developing a passion for training, it transitioned to an assignment in education. Dr. Wells started researching how she could get certified as a teacher. The application process was lengthy and it took about two years before all of the requirements were met for certification. She worked for three different schools and the last school was the best fit. Dr. Wells has 22 years of teaching experience and she also taught on the collegiate level.

She is currently employed as a 504 Curriculum Coordinator at a High School. Dr. Wells received her National Board Certification and was nominated a Star Teacher in 2013. She is also very active at her school where she served as the Advisor for the Young Investors Club for 8 years, Business Advisory Committee Chairperson for 6 years, served on the Academic Leadership Team for one year, and currently a member of the Leadership Team. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Morris College, awarded a Master of Arts degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University, Master of Education degree in Divergent Learning from Columbia College and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University. Dr. Wells is married to the amazing Mr. Derrick R. Wells and they have one son, Jordan Wayne Wells.
